Dürr Group becomes shareholder of Portuguese company DMS

Through its 100% subsidiary, Dürr Austria GmbH, the German Dürr Group becomes shareholder of Portuguese company DMS - Displays & Mobility Solutions, Lda.

Through shareholding in the three years existing company the Dürr Group expands its business area tunnel and traffic systems with a key strategic component and enhances the traffic signs and information displays area.

DMS designs and develops public information equipment, namely electronic display panels, including variable message signs and information displays. The resulting independence in the use of traffic signs was crucial for the entry of the Dürr Group.
