Work continues in Carinthia: E&M equipment on the high-priority ASFINAG road network

January 2010 – ASFINAG awards Dürr Austria the contract for retrofitting tunnel systems in the high-priority road network in accordance with STSG (Austrian Road Tunnel Safety Act) – a further chapter in the history of road and traffic safety technology in Carinthia.

The renovation and modernisation measures on the A2 southern motorway and the A10 Tauern motorway include provision of a low voltage distribution system, a backup power supply and traffic engineering. The works will be implemented over a period of approximately 6 months.
