Retrofit on track: equipment for Lot A2, Unterinntal

June 2010 – The Alptransit Energie AG consortium (ARGE ATE) awards Dürr Austria the contract to supply fibre-optic cable as part of the equipment packages for Lot A2.

In the course of negotiations with ARGE ATE, in June 2010 we were able to increase our project volume on the approach to the Brenner Base Tunnel by winning the contract for the supply of fibre-optic cable systems. The planning activities got underway immediately, and the green light is expected to be given for the various installation services in sections in August 2010. The overall project is scheduled to end in mid-2012.
