Dürr Group: Majority stake in Styrian high-tech software company evon GmbH

The German Dürr Group acquires shares in the software company evon in Stubenberg via its 100%-owned subsidiary Dürr Austria GmbH.

By participating in the two years old start-up company, Dürr Group expands its business in tunnel and traffic engineering by a strategic component and enhances the research and development.

With XAMControl evon has a software product for all areas of industrial automation. The versatility and the concept of the product, which has been developed with latest software technologies, were crucial for the participation of Dürr Group.

At the sites Gleisdorf and Stubenberg will be created more than 20 new high-tech jobs during the next few years.
